Are You a lil' Older... Looking for somewhere Special.. ??? in BEACHMERE, Queensland for sale

If you think you could handle waking then wandering with a cuppa in your hand out onto our patio, pulling up a chair and sitting in the warm spring sun overlooking the kookaburras and rainbows being fed, or looking out over our 3/4 acre which backs onto council parkland never to be built out.... then your really need to give us a call.
It is a resort style atmosphere here 365 days of the year.. No stress, in tranquil surroundings 24/7..
For this reason we are looking for people who are able to BLEND in with us. We are a lil? older, a little more mature and all over 45 y.o. Maybe some one around the same age would suit.. We are laid back, yet not lazy, social drinkers not drunks, we are humorous, yet totally truthful and trustworthy and all employed with good work ethic..
So we hope to find people who are looking for a home to live in (not just a house or room) and are happy to respect it and those in it. In return we invite you to be a part of the extended family for as long as you wish to stay and not just someone passing through. We do not expect you will allow us to live in your back pocket, we respect your right to private space and time, as you should also understand that at times others may require the same..
We are very flexible BUT there are some things that will not be tolerated, No Drunks, No Drugs, No Thieves, Smokers must be happy to smoke outside, No Credit or loans and the rent PLUS expenses are paid fortnightly no delays..!
Your expenses cover:
*Unlimited local, STD and land line to mobile calls with in Australia (Your Mobile phone has no service here). *A share of Internet service up to 500 gig. * All electricity. * All water. *A weekly cleaner. and * A gardener..
That does not mean you can not garden or clean if you would LIKE to!! it just saves issues about chore schedules between the flat mates, hence the stress free environment.
Both rooms are large doubles one with a queen bed, built in robes and a TV point and ceiling fan.. However, you are most welcome to use the 50" TV in the family area should you choose to mingle.. The other bedroom is also quite large but has only a king single bed however, it also has BIR and and overhead ceiling fan and TV point.... The house and all its amenities are at your disposal inc. washer and drier. Dish washer, microwave, rev cycle a/c. etc etc.
We do already have pets here so unfortunately no others would fit... sorry!
