Hi, Im a 25 year old professional female looking to rent 1 x bedroom to another professional, or student female.
I have a 4 bedroom house and only looking to rent one room out. Bedroom is a 3x3 with a built in double door wardrobe. You will have your own bathroom and seperate toilet. Bedroom is in opposite corner to house than master bedroom, so we will never need to cross paths!
Have been living in house 4 years so is fully furnished & decorated. The room even has a queen bed and tv display cabinet. If you dont want either, i can move so you can put your own in.
No pets allowed as i have an inside/outside dog (very friendly).
Living areas air conditioned.
Wants someone who is quiet and neat. I enjoy my home very much, so i spend a fair bit of time there. I have an open plan house with one big open living and dining area, so only one TV. You will need to bring your own TV for your bedroom.
Dishwasher and wi-fi internet included. $50 per quarter required for electricity bill.
The 2 other rooms are occupied. One is the office, with a computer, printer and office desk, the other is used for my home business. As i have a home business, the bathroom will need to be left tidy every day. Other than requiring a tidy person, i am a pretty cruisy person to live with.
